Thanks for shopping with the Speed Responsibly Team! If you're having second thoughts about your gear, don't worry; you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange it. Please allow for 5 to 7 days for your return to be processed after it is delivered to our warehouse. 

If you received an item that is damaged, please contact our customer service department for instructions within 3 business days of receiving the damaged merchandise.  If you have any further questions, please contact us at 1(647) 721-3423 or via email at info@speedresponsibly.com

Please make sure the item is returned protected during transit with outer packaging similar to that with which it was sent.  All items being returned for exchange/refund must reach us in re-saleable condition which includes their immediate outer packaging and any tags, labels still attached.  Items returned in less than new condition may be subject to a restocking fee if the return is accepted.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

You can expect speedy fulfillment on all of your orders. In most cases, your order is processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. We ship from Toronto, Canada. 

International orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days and usually arrive within 2 weeks (depending on the country and customs clearance). 

Please note for international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

 

BACKORDERED OR OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

While we make every effort to maintain ample supply of our stock, occasionally we are out of certain items. If you order something that is out of stock, you will be advised of the expected delivery date. If we do not hear from you, your order will be processed once we receive the item(s) and shipped to you. If you do not wish to wait until this date you can cancel your order at anytime.

Providing a safe and secure environment for your order information is one of our top priorities. The Speed Responsibly Online Store does NOT keep a record of your credit card number in its ONLINE database. Therefore, each time you place an order you will be prompted to enter your credit card number and expiration date.
